Former No Doubt lead singer Gwen Stefani is gradually unleashing parts of her past that were associated with her crumbled marriage to rocker Gavin Rossdale, and has now listed the Beverly Hills mansion they originally bought together in 2006 for $13.25 million. A decade later, Stefani is looking for a hefty profit with a $35 million price tag. The home was also once previously owned by singer/dancer/actress Jennifer Lopez from 2000 to 2004.

The property has already been quietly put up for sale since October 2016, but it has now officially hit public records on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Known affectionately as “The Summit,” the seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom expanse is located on a two-acre lot perched atop a ridge with immaculate views of Beverly Hills and Studio City. It’s tucked privately behind a gated entrance and extra-long driveway.

Recently renovated, nearly 12,000-square-foot contemporary abode is littered with show-stopping details. Take the black-and-white striped cabinets in the chef’s kitchen, or the splashy accent wall in the formal dining room, for instance.

Six of the seven bedrooms are located in the property’s main residence, almost all of which have their own outdoor patio area. The master bedroom is meant to provide the ultimate in comfort and convenience and comes with not one, but two separate his-and-hers master ensuite bathrooms.

The separate guest house is where the seventh bedroom and two other bathrooms are located, and provides a spectacular view of the San Fernando Valley.

The indoor living space is extended to the outdoors with a covered lounge encompassing a wet bar and another fireplace.

For $35 million, one would expect the home to come with all the bells and whistles, and this one certainly doesn’t disappoint. In addition to the typical luxuries of a celebrity home of this magnitude – such as an infinity pool, large outdoor dining area, lit tennis court, theater room, gym, two offices, and a playground – the exterior grounds also come with a chicken coop! While not necessarily what one would classify as “luxurious” per se, it’s certainly a bonus feature for anyone looking to get their hands on fresh eggs for breakfast.

The 47-year-old songstress made her divorce from Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale final last year, and has now embarked on a new romance with fellow “The Voice” co-star Blake Shelton. Time will tell if Stefani’s next real estate move will be one involving the joint purchase of a home with her new beau.
