Actress and entrepreneur Jessica Alba has been busy in the LA real estate market lately, and her latest conquest is a massive 9,000-square foot Beverly Hills home that she and hubby Cash Warren snagged for $9.948 million. The pair bought the home off Hollywood producer Mike Medavoy, who was behind blockbusters including “Rocky,” “Silence of the Lambs,” and “Black Swan.”

Mr. Medavoy made a decent profit on the sale, considering he bought it in 2011 for $6.425 million. Prior to that, Medavoy had it originally listed it for $15 million in the summer of 2015, then reduced the price down to $13 million by the end of 2015.

Alba and Warren just put up another Beverly Hills home for rent in December 2016 for $11,500 per month. They purchased the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 2,286-square-foot residence in 2002 for $1.1 million.

The former “Dark Angel” star’s most recent purchase is a 7-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom house with stunning ocean and canyon views. Situated on a nearly 2-acre parcel of land, the home is tucked tranquilly on a private gated street in the highly coveted Beverly Glen area of the 90210 zip code. Fellow celebrity neighbors include Demi Moore, Channing Tatum, and next-door-neighbor Lisa Vanderpump.

Upon entrance to the home from the front courtyard is a soaring two-story foyer with checkerboard flooring. The family can enjoy relaxing in one of the two living rooms, each with its own fireplace, although the second living room is considered a family room and comes equipped with a full built-in bar.

The master suite has its own fireplace with a seating area, a walk-in closet, and a private terrace that overlooks the hills. The spacious ensuite bathroom features a giant spa tub as the focal point, as well as a double shower.

The home’s Hampton theme is evident in the all-white kitchen with custom cabinetry, marble counters, detailed range hood, hardwood flooring, plenty of windows, and a dark chandelier over top of the island to provide a color contrast.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room with a bay window and a fireplace.

Jessica can curl up with her hubby and two young daughters and catch a movie without going to the theater thanks to the home’s large screening room that’s decked out in dark navy walls and ceilings with contrasting white crown molding.

Guests can be accommodated in the private guesthouse with a large balcony above the 3-car garage. Other noteworthy features include a mud room, library, and maid’s quarters.

The outdoor living space offers plenty of grassy space for Alba’s daughters Honor and Haven, as well as a large pool to frolic in. While the kids are playing, the adults can enjoy the spa, lounging and dining areas, and an outdoor kitchen pavilion.
