Dog enthusiast and television personality Cesar Millan just unloaded his Studio City home for $2.06 million, around $260,000 over the asking pice of $1.8 million. The “Cesar 911” star listed it a couple of years ago for about $175,000 less than the current asking price, so he certainly cashed in. It’s also quite a bit more than the $1.625 million he paid for it five years ago.

This is not the type of home where you would find doggy doors, kennels, or any scratch marks on any surface. Instead, this baby-blue city home is in immaculate shape and is certainly designed and furnished for style. All the training that Millan engages in with his dogs takes place in Santa Clarita at his sprawling 43-acre Dog Psychology Center.

The 2012-built, traditional-style home boasts 3,800 square feet of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 4.25 bathrooms. Upon entering the home is a sitting area with a fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and large windows.

The beautiful, large eat-in kitchen is decked out in traditional white cabinetry, hardwood floors, a massive center island, and built-in wine rack. It opens up to both a formal dining area and a massive family room, which in turn leads out to a covered patio with a fireplace through bi-folding doors back.

The master bedroom comes with two walk-in closets, a two-sided fireplace that the sitting room and ensuite bathroom both share, and a private balcony overlooking the vast grounds. The bathroom also features an oversized shower with custom tiles, a makeup station, and double sinks.

The outdoor space is filled with all sorts of goodies, including a swimming pool, spa, and citrus trees, while the driveway is anchored by a modern fountain feature.

Other notable features throughout the two-story home include distressed wood floors, coffered ceilings, white plantation shutters, wainscoting, and a loft.

Millan, 47, gained notoriety as the dog-training phenomenon of the shows “Dog Whisperer With Cesar Millan” and “Cesar 911,” as well as being a best-selling author.
