She just bought the place in August, but it seems that Kylie Jenner is trying to make a quick buck on her Hidden Hills mansion. The youngest Kardashian just listed the home located in the same neighborhood she continues to dwell in for $5.4 million after buying it for $4.5 million just four short months ago.
Along with her booming cosmetics business, Kylie seems to be branching out her career by adding real estate guru and house flipper to her resume.
The 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom estate covers 5,154 square feet of modern luxury. The front entrance greets guests with soaring beamed ceilings, plenty of French doors, and an open floor plan. The eat-in chef’s kitchen boasts marble counters and backsplashes, and designer stainless steel appliances.
Large dinner parties can easily be hosted in the massive formal dining room, which even comes equipped with its own fireplace. The family room features a wet bar and an attractive stacked-stone fireplace.
Catching some z’s is a welcomed activity in this home thanks to the glorious master suite that is more like a private spa sanctuary than just a place to rest your head at night. The bedroom features a quaint sitting area, fireplace, massive walk-in closet, and an extravagant marble-covered bathroom space that’s fit for a queen.
The home also boasts some amenities one would expect a celebrity to own, including a theater room, fenced vineyard, tennis court, a luscious courtyard with a stunning water feature, and an open lounge area with its own fireplace nestled adjacent to the swimming pool and spa area. There are also two garages: one 4-car and another 2-car.
The never-lived-in home sits on a generous 3.3-acre lot that overlooks a sensational creek peppered with oak trees, and is tucked behind plenty of greenery and a long driveway.
The home is nearly new, and doesn’t appear to have had many updates since Kylie bought it this past summer, which begs the question about whether or not the beefed up listing price is worth the extra $900,000.
Along with momager Kris Jenner and bigger sister Kim and hubby Kanye, the Kardashians aren’t the only celebs who have taken over the highly coveted neighborhood of Hidden Hills. Within that zip code are other Hollywood A-listers, including the likes of Jennifer Lopez, Miley Cyrus, and Jessica Simpson.
Kylie isn’t bailing out on Hidden Hills with this listing: she continues to own two other estates in the area, including the home next door to this recent listing that she bought for $6 million this past May, and a $12 mansion she snagged a couple of months ago in September. This isn’t her first home she’s selling this year either: Kylie recently sold her 4,851 starter home in Calabasas that she purchased in 2015 for $2.6 million.
The cosmetics mogul also recently upgraded her residence to a Bel Air estate on more than 8 acres that she acquired earlier this year from actress Sela Ward for $28 million.
