Khloe Kardashian just purchased a new home, and there are a few people happy about the transition. Not only is the newly divorced Kardashian moving in a lavish pad in The Oaks, but her new neighbors are likely happy with the new tenant. After getting into several tiffs with the law, as well as one that included an egg attack on his neighbors, Justin Bieber has sold his extravagant home to the reality star for $7.2 million.
Back in January, Kardashian and former husband Lamar Odom listed their Tarzana home for $5.499 million, and it was purchased by The Big Bang Theory actress and recently married, Kaley Cuoco.
Her new pad is in the Calabasas community of The Oaks, which is the same neighborhood where her older sister Kourtney recently purchased a home. The home was bought by Bieber in 2012, and it was quietly put on the market after neighbors complained about him racing through the streets where families and children live as well as the infamous egging incident.
“The fact that a talented international musician like Mr. Bieber chooses to live in Calabasas is certainly a feather in our cap and a tribute to our safe and beautiful community,” the city’s mayor, Fred Gaines, told the L.A. Times in January. “[But] the peace and privacy of our residents is the city’s top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents.”
The Newest Kardashian Home
This house is seriously stunning with a large yard and beautiful pool area. The outdoor space is kept fairly private with a hilly landscape and 1.28 acres of property. The seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom home spans 10,000 square feet of space and features gorgeous amenities, like an indoor-outdoor foyer will a small fountain, moss growing along the walls and other tropical plants.
The interior is just as lavish with high wood-beamed ceilings and dark-stained wood accents. The home also features French doors that open up to the stunning backyard space and mountain view while letting in plenty of natural light.
The massive kitchen, in particular, is one of the home’s best features. A large range hood comes down over the stove top, which sits on the large island accented with dark wood and granite countertops. The industrial-size refrigerator leaves plenty of room for storage and the double oven combine to make this space a true chef’s kitchen.
There are several fireplaces throughout the home, including the master bedroom, which features beautiful tile flooring and a large bathroom with a soaking tub and built-in drawers. The home also boasts a billiard area and in-home theater with cozy reclining chairs.
