When you’re rich and famous, it really doesn’t matter how old you are to start amassing an impressive line of real estate purchases. Kylie Jenner, who just turned 19, dropped $4.5 million in Hidden Hills. It seems like she’s looking to take over the neighborhood, considering the fact that she bought the house right next door in May for a whopping $6 million.
Her most recent purchase is a 2012-built, 5,147-square-foot home situated on a sizable 3.3-acre lot. The interior is nothing short of what one would expect from a member of the Kardashian clan: French doors, soaring beamed ceilings, a home theater, and a family room complete with a wet bar. The 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom colonial style estate also features a gourmet kitchen, and a master bedroom with an enormous walk-in closet that even Carrie Bradshaw would be green with envy over.
On the outside there is, of course, a huge pool equipped with a spa for all those parties that the average 19-year-old would absolutely be thrilled to throw. The 3 plus acres is plenty of room to include a four-car garage, two patios, and even a fenced-in vineyard. In a couple of years, she’ll be legally allowed to enjoy any wine that she happens to make.
The home also features a main house, as well as a guest home to accommodate her friends, one of the countless siblings she has, or even her entourage.
It’s being speculated that the youngest Kardashian sibling is going to use her new home as office space for her incredibly successful makeup company, Kylie Cosmetics, that momager Kris Jenner has been integral in helping her market.
The home next door that she currently calls her primary residence boasts 7,040 square feet of sprawling space to run around in. Newly constructed in the same private gated community as her new purchase, the 6-bedroom, 7-bathrooms abode features a bright and airy chef’s kitchen, a large family room with a fireplace, and a huge master bedroom with a walk-in closet, steam shower, and stone bath. Accompanying these amenities are a screening room, a wine cellar, and even a music system.
While she’s going to hang on to the home next door that she recently purchased and use it as her “family” home, Kylie is currently listing her starter home in Calabasas for $3.9 million which she bought just last year for $2.7 million. The term “starter home” is being used loosely here, considering it’s a 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom expanse.
The real estate DNA clearly runs in the Kardashian blood. Earlier this year, mom Kris Jenner dropped $2.3 million on a home for lone son Rob Kardashian in the same Calabasas estate as the rest of the family. Kylie’s globe-trotting sister Kendall recently bought John Krasinski and Emily Blunt’s West Hollywood home for $6.5 million. Kris herself doesn’t think twice about snagging a home for herself, and has a long list of her own personal purchases, which most recently include a $1.65 condo in Westwood, and a $2.285 million East Coast-style mansion in Calabasas.
If ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ ever falters, the Kardashian clan certainly has their real estate empire to fall back on.
