The Four Seasons Private Residences located just outside of Beverly Hills promise to offer the ultimate in luxury and privacy. As such, the multi-million-dollar establishment is already gaining interest from buyers despite having yet to break ground on the project. With the ample space, top-notch features and “paparazzi proof” security, the residences are likely to be pursued by celebrities and others who are looking for a break from the public eye.
Exploring the Four Seasons Private Residences
Founded and developed by Genton Property Group, the Four Seasons Private Residences will feature 59 units and a penthouse. The units will consist of townhouses and one-floor units with a starting price of $2.5 million. Among these units will be four 5,000 square foot spaces located beneath the penthouse, with each being listed at $20 million.
Taking it to the Next Level with the Four Seasons Private Residences Penthouse
Formerly known as the Wetherly Residences, the Four Seasons Private Residences will feature a penthouse atop a 12-story building. The 12,000 square foot penthouse, which will feature a private keyless elevator that runs from the garage directly to the unit, is reportedly on the market for $50 million. The keyless entry feature and a number of other amenities will be accessible through the cell phone of the owner.
In addition to the 12,000 square feet of living space found in the actual penthouse, the unit will also have access to 9,000 square feet of rooftop space. Here, the owner may enjoy use of a garden, pool and/or a variety of other outdoor amenities. The space will be available unfinished and unfurnished so the owner can choose to decorate the space in whatever way he or she desires. It will, however, have a solid foundation on which the owner can work, with features such as marble or terrazzo flooring, four balconies and “according walls of glass.”
A Development Amid Controversy
Already, the developers of the Four Seasons Private Residences are reporting that 17 prospective buyers have reserved units. Each of these units require a deposit of anywhere from $100,000 to $1 million. This is particularly interesting considering that the Four Seasons Hotel is located across the street. Reportedly, the hotel was not too happy about the building’s name change since the two developments are completely unrelated. When the development first started pulling its permits about one year ago, it appeared it would be staying with its alias of Wetherly Residences. More recently, the name of Four Seasons Private Residences was revealed.
Regardless of the name given to the development, it is expected to break ground in October. The developers expect the project to be completed in late 2017, though the exact date has not yet been revealed.
