A very successful partnership was born over twenty-four years ago when Kathleen Van Sant-fisher and Dorothy St. Amour created their first real estate partnership. kathleen and Dorothy have individually been awarded the Prudential Real Estate Affiliate's most prestigious award, of Legend, representing achieving  Chairman's Circle designation five consecutive years (top 1% nationwide) - the result of their dedication to the service of their clients. Keeping their eyes on customer satisfaction has never let them down.

Dorothy and Kathleen are co-owners of the Rancho Santa Fe Properties office building, carrying on the tradition of their late father, Tom Bowen. Sharing a love of the Ranch and a desire to maintain the Village atmosphere they have been instrumental in having their building, along with others in the village, listed in the National Register of Historic Places.

Dorothy and her husband, Frank who have raised five children, now make their home in the Ranch where they enjoy a very occasional game of tennis. kathleen and her rancher husband, Jerry Fisher, enjoy living in the home they built on Loma Verde here in the Ranch, which they share with another member of the family, Emma, their yellow Labrador.
