Kevin plays a very active role as a buyer’s agent for the group, and specializes in condos, town-homes, single-family detached homes, multi-unit investment properties, and vacant lots (raw land). In 2002 Kevin participated in the sale of the Preakness Estate, a $17,775,000 listing in Rancho Santa Fe.

Jim's business background before real estate was in founding a 400-employee specialty construction company. He then spent 2 years in the mortgage banking industry before joining Prudential California Realty. This experience is a valuable edge in recognizing a good property, understanding the financing, and knowing how to negotiate to your advantage.
