Patricia Kramer & Patricia Lou Martin

Patricia has been a real estate professional for nearly three decades, beginning her career in the redevelopment of Downtown San Diego’s Centre City and Gaslamp Quarter districts. She later relocated to Rancho Santa Fe where she worked for two other brokerages before co-founding the Kramer & Martin team.

A long-time San Diego resident, Lou owned and operated two restaurants and a seafood processing business with more than 150 employees prior to embarking on a career in residential real estate. Like her partner, Patricia Kramer, Lou worked for two other luxury home brokerages before co-founding Kramer & Martin.
